ADS is a well established bilateral scholarship program enabling awardees from developing countries to study in Australia towards undergraduate, postgraduate or technical qualifications. ADS aims to generate economic growth, reduce poverty and strengthen human resource capacity by addressing skills shortages and achieving a critical mass of Australian–trained scholars in priority sectors of partner countries consistent with country program strategies. Australian Leadership Awards (ALA)
ALA aims to develop leadership and build partnerships and linkages within the Asia-Pacific region with the flexibility to address priority regional issues. ALA provides scholarships for post-graduate studies in Australia at masters or doctoral level and fellowships for short-term opportunities in specialised research, study or professional attachment to Australian organisations. Award recipients are drawn from the public, private and community sectors within countries with whom Australia has a significant aid program. Endeavour Program (EP)
EP brings leading researchers, executives and students to Australia to undertake short or long term study, research and professional development in a broad range of disciplines. It also enables Australians to do the same abroad. The key objective is academic excellence: awards are granted on the basis of internationally competitive merit selection.
